The deadline for submitting your abstract has been extended to January 7th at 2pm.

We are pleased to announce that one of the prizes for the conference will be a travel bursary to support one student to attend the IUFOST conference.

Dear IFSTI colleagues and friends, 

We are delighted to announce the Food Science & Technology Ireland (IFSTI) 53rd Annual Research Conference, taking place January 22–23, 2026, at Technological University Dublin - in the heart of Dublin City Centre. 

Jointly organized by the IFSTI and the TU Dublin School of Food Science and Environmental Health as well as the Sustainability and Health Research Hub, the conference will be held at the Grangegorman Campus, just minutes from Heuston Station and connected by the Luas. 

This edition will bring together food scientists, researchers, industry professionals, educators, and students to share knowledge, inspire innovation, and strengthen collaborations under the theme Global Food Resilience, its Challenges and Strategic Approaches.
